Arrival

There is parking for at least 6 cars on a level area, adjacent to the property. The property can be accessed through a number of doors with a level pathway all around the property. 

Main Entrance

The main front door is 3ft wide with engineered oak flooring throughout the living space. There is one small step over the threshold and there is lighting to each side of each external door. 

Ground Floor

The main door leads into a huge living space. The separate ground floor sitting room / bedroom is accessed through a 3 ft door, at the same level. Also at the same level are the kitchen, utility and wet room, each with tiled floors. There are no steps on the ground floor. 

Ground and Gardens

The terraced area is accessed from the property via a step down from the door’s threshold of the main living area. The terrace is level and forms part of a small gated garden. A larger lawned area is next to the gated area.

There is mobile reception in the property, and wi-fi connection.

Nearest rail link is in Rye or Battle. Nearest bus link is in Brede.
