10 Reasons to Stay in the Shepherd's Hut

Over the last three years, we have had guests from across the UK, staying for as little as 1 night or as much as 7. And here's 10 reasons that have stood out  for being why a shepherd's hut holiday was picked.

1. Surprise birthday present.  Something different.

2. Christmas present. Something special.

3. Golden Wedding anniversary. A couple in their 70s came to stay.

4. Lots more wedding anniversaries. Romance is not dead at Hare Farm.

5. Marriage proposals. We've had 3 so far.

6. Mini break for Granny and granddaughter. To get closer to nature and farming.

7. Celebities escaping from London and the Diamond Jubilee "traffic".

8. " Far from the Madding crowd". Getting away from technology and the rat race.

9. Experience lambing on a lambing course, then sleep with lambs all around afterwards.

10. Getting back to nature, enjoying simple living and the peace and quiet.
